Treknology3 Cycling Club - 11 Jan 2020
Join our Treknology3 Cycling Club ride, 11 Jan 2020, as we ride towards the West and tackle Mount Faber.
This ride is catered for beginner to intermediate riders.
The rolling speed during the ride will be 25-30km/h.
Depending on the numbers of riders, we may split in 2 groups riding at different rolling speed:
Group 1: 28-32km/h
Group 2: 25-28km/h

Meeting venues and timings are as follows:
STADIUM MRT exit B: (SSH)
0630hrs, roll off at 0635hrs
Distance: approximately 40 km
Ride duration: 2+ hours
Route:
Riders may peel off along the route - please inform the ride captain beforehand.
Post ride coffee and chat @ MBS Da Paolo (near Art Science Museum)
After which, relaxed ride back to SSH and ECR via PCN. (if required)
ECR - Mountbatten Rd - SSH - Nicoll Hwy- Keppel Rd - West Coast Highway - uturn at Clementi Rd- Pasir Panjang Rd - South Buena Vista (up and down) - Morse Rd (Faber up and down) - Keppel Rd - MBS - SSH/ ECR
Regroup points:
- Bus stop before U-turn at Clementi Road
- Fragrance Hotel, Morse Road
Notes:
- Ride briefing before start
- Recommended for beginner-intermediate riders
- Riders should have good basic fitness
- There will be water break stops and regroup points, if necessary
- All bicycle brands are welcomed to join
Rules:
- No helmet, No ride
- No lights, No ride
- Please have adequate hydration available
- LISTEN to the ride captain
- STOP at all red lights
- Please bring cash or card for post ride breakfast/coffee
- Ride Safe and look out for one another!
